You can’t do one or the other. It has to be both. Trust me, I learned the hard way. That’s the only way you’re going to see results. Unfortunately, there are no shortcuts.

But I realize now that there are many benefits of working out from home.
- No need to drive to the gym and look for parking (sometime it takes me 10-15 minutes to look for parking especially if the parking lot is full)

- You can save time (you can get dinner started or get some laundry done, then pop in the RushFit DVD and get to work)
- No need to wait for others to finish working out on a machine (you’ll be in the gym longer than you want to be)
- No need to worry about body odors. (it’s hard to run on the treadmill if you’re not breathing fresh air. You can run outside instead)
- You can work out at any time and there is no need to rush to the gym before it closes.
The Hard Truth
You need to understand that it takes time to get the body you want. And I just realized this after all these years. It doesn’t happen overnight. The same rule applies when you start a business, you’re not going to see profits overnight.
What will lead to progress is consistency.
